Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Continental United States) We ship via UPS. The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after processing.

Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $40 (Continental US only). Orders under $40 will be charged at checkout.

Alaska & Hawaii We ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Additional shipping charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times may be longer than standard.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the UPS system.

Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business street address at checkout.

Delays & Lost Packages: Teawerx is not responsible for shipping delays caused by UPS or weather conditions. If your package appears lost or has not arrived within 10 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at help@teawerx.com and we will work with UPS to resolve the issue.
