Our matcha is a first-flush, single-origin green tea shaped by altitude, climate, and human hands.
Grown in secluded mountain regions of Japan, the leaves are hand-picked at peak freshness, then stone-milled slowly using traditional artisanal millstones. Extreme temperature shifts in the growing environment concentrate amino acids, while careful, slow steaming preserves color, aroma, and structure.
