This unique tea powder is made from the Benifuuki cultivar, a hybrid of Darjeeling and Benihomare. The leaves are lightly steamed, then fully oxidized and roasted in 9 controlled stages to develop depth while preserving aromatic clarity.

The result is a deep red infusion with a full-bodied profile, lifted by citrus and layered with spice and floral notes.
