Emerald Cove is our ceremonial-grade saemidori matcha, shadow-grown at altitude in the mountains of Shizuoka. Hand-picked at first flush, it pours a vivid green with pronounced umami, natural sweetness, and a long, savory finish. Notes of white miso, oats, and fresh-cut grass.

Terracotta is green tea transformed by fire. Slow-roasted from mature leaves, stems, and twigs of the plant, it's smooth, low in caffeine, and free of astringency. Notes of puffed rice, popcorn, and molasses.
